Spring Session: March 19 - May 25.
The Studio at Oshun House offers vinyasa flow style yoga classes Mon/Wed/Fri (12:00-12:45pm) and Tue/Wed/Thu (6:50-7:50pm). A Zumba Gold class is held on Mondays from 6:50-7:50pm. Registration fees are $99 for unlimited classes - attend any class, any time during the 10-week Spring Session. Drop-in fees are $8 (.75hr) and $10 (1hr). This Sunday's Community Yoga Class will be taught by Sarah Junkin (Yoga Alliance 200-hour, 3-year teacher training graduate, MSc.) in an Iyengar-based approach for all levels. The focus of the class will be on balancing the inner and outer body, building body awareness and mindfulness, and finding inner stillness. Sarah will share some of her discoveries from a recent yoga intensive at the Yoga Room studio in Berkeley, CA with teachers Donald Moyer and Mary Lou Weprin.
