Email contact form Rachel teaches Iyengar-based yoga to the public, with an emphasis on mindfulness, in order to improve students’ health and ability to respond with awareness and compassion. Rachel has completed the 200 hour Yoga Alliance and Yoga Central Advanced Studies Certifications, and she is a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Rachel has also completed her Master’s of Science in Kinesiology on mindfulness.
